Dont give stress on C wave as it is not importane clinically . ( Only in a recording ) practically a and v waves and two descends
The importance of R or S ( regurgitant or systolic ) waves in Tricuspid regurgitaion and the peculiarities of it could have been interesting to an Undergraduate student
